Terms and Conditions
Meals and consumables: If you choose the option not to pay the meals charge the nursery reserves the right to ask you to bring in any consumables that maybe needed by your child during the day. Your child will need to have two meals provided in cool bags or similar with an ice pack, one for lunchtime and one for teatime. We do not have the facility to refrigerate food or re-heat it and meals provided must meet the nurseries healthy eating and for the protection of other children in the setting the dietary and allergens policy. If suitable food is not provided that meets the policy or consumables are not provided the lunch and consumables charge will be applied to your account.
Extra days: These will be charged on booking and cannot be cancelled. Payment must be made immediatly on receipt of invoice
Invoices: Invoices will be sent out on 8th of the month prior to the month they relate to. They are payable by no later than the 25th of that month. 1 months notice is required to cancel a place and this must be given by the 8th of the month prior to leaving date. Any changes to booking patterns will only be applied from the 1st of the month.
Sibling discount: A discount of 10% will be applied to the oldest child.
Government funding: You must supply the nursery with all information needed for us to claim and apply the funding to your account. We cannot apply funding to your bill without the relevant documentation. The manager will let you know what you need to provide, please provide this as soon as you can to ensure your funding is available for you when you start.
Stretched funding: When your child is entitled to funding they will received either 15 or 30 hours per week for 38 weeks of the year. As the nursery is open for 51 weeks we divide the funded hours you are entitled to between your start date and the end of the funding year by the number of weeks your child will be attending until 1st September. The number of weeks you are entitled to varies with your start date but your manager will confirm this with you when you start.
Variable Billing: our system charges you for the actual days you have booked in a month and this can vary depending on the days you have booked and the number of working days in the month.
Absence and Closures: If your child is absent for any reason please notify us via the parent app, this will ensure we do not contact you to check all is well. The fees are charged for the full year but not for the week we are closed at Christmas. We close at 3pm on 24th December 2026 and re-open on 4th January 2027
